When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Typical UK delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking link will be sent to your email once the order ships.
My order is delayed—what should I do?
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or other factors outside our control. If you haven’t received your parcel 3 days after the latest expected delivery date, please contact us at admin@swift-cart.co.uk.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and inserts.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make changes or cancel it.
- If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives by following our return process.
What if I’m not home at delivery?
If your parcel doesn’t require a signature, the courier may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbor. If delivery isn’t possible, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.
I entered the wrong address—can you fix it?
We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t shipped yet.
Once the parcel is in transit, we cannot change the address. If it is returned to us, you may need to cover re-shipment costs.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my order.
First, check with neighbors or anyone at your address who might have accepted the parcel.
If you still can’t locate it, contact the courier directly. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at admin@swift-cart.co.uk and we’ll help investigate.
